I really don't handle stress very well...

When I’m stressed, I cry, I get frustrated, I take it out on people around me, and I just feel like giving up. I think it’s because I feel like I’m not gonna do well, and I always feel like I’m not good enough…bleh. :| I really need to learn how to handle stress better.
